MANSHERA, Nov 28: The NWFP Governor, Syed Iftkhar Hussain Shah, has said that cadet colleges have got an edge in the educational system and they educate a galaxy of cadets from all the four provinces , Azad Kashmir and the Northern Areas in a congenial academic atmosphere. He was speaking as chief guest at the parents' day of the Pakistan Scout Cadet College (Batrasi) here on Saturday.
